Creating a Clear Reason to Choose You Instead of Your Competition

With pressure on small business today, it is more important then ever to show your potential clients clear reasons to choose your and your company. For those of us doing business in the Bulverde/Spring Branch area, it is no different.

Recently at one of our Bulverde First meetings we discussed this topic and applied it to us locally. We highlighted a few of the talking points as found in article from Survival Guild to Small Business.

Since the types of businesses vary from service providers to retail sales, there isn’t just one option.  But a few of the talking points were:

Be Fast. Give a quick response and be on time.
Have the reputation for returning calls quickly and getting the job done when you say it will be done.

Be the no hassle choice.
Many people will spend more money if they just don’t have to worry about the job. Make is easy for your clients to do business with you. Keep your website up to date with helpful information to answer their questions before they call. Give your employees the ability to make decisions when they are dealing with clients.
